If you find yourself here you may already know a little bit about me. If not, that’s okay - I’m here to connect with you, share a little bit about me and bring you up to speed.
I’d like to say that 2023 is going to be a special year, though I feel that way about every year.
I’m a professional beach volleyball player and I have been representing Canada internationally for the last 18 years. It’s been the greatest honour of my life - nothing makes me happier than wearing the maple leaf with pride and I’m truly grateful to be one of the select few that have been able to do that both indoors and on the sand.
I started this blog as a way to cope when I first became injured. I continued because I love to write and share my story. So here’s to me getting back into writing - sharing the things I love, the lessons I’ve learned and whatever is on my mind with all of you. Thanks for stopping by. xo
